These two photos were taken at night without flash. I relied on the Amber lighting of the boardwalk. The camera was on a tripod and it took about 15 seconds for the shutter to close.The camera is a digital Kodak 8.0. Holding a camera totally still for 15 seconds is difficult, I use a tripod, however even though most pictures taken without a tripod are blurred beyond recognition you maybe lucky to get something like the photo I call"The Seat", this picture is displayed on another page.

Fog anywhere anytime seems to cloak or blanket areas, giving them a quietness not found in any other kind of weather. A stillness, especially in the early mornings, I find these mornings to be quite spiritual. These photos were taken on such a morning along the Burnett River. Note that the photo I have given the tutorial for merging, was taken at the same time.
